Some of the foods that are used in Chinese cooking is rice, pork, and chicken.
The stuff that's in a dumpling are usually pork, chicken, shrimp, and some lettuce. That's why it takes so good. A common legend goes that dumplings were first invented in the era of the Three Kingdoms, around 225 AD. Zhuge Liang, a general and minister of Shu Han, dammed up a poison marsh on his southern campaign against the Nanman with dumplings instead of the heads that the Nanman used.
There are different ways you can use rice, you can fry it, boil it, or mix it with something. My favorite thing to eat is Chinese fried Rice. My favorite dish that my grandma and my mom make is rice with eggs and that's it. It's so good!
What usually goes in Chinese Fried Rice is meat related food. Like ham, pork, or shrimp, anything you want with it. That's the beauty of it, you choose the ingredients. The Fried Rice is originated from Mongolia. Pot Stickers (Jiaozi) are so good because it really gets that richness from the heat when it sticks to the pan.Traditionally, jiaozi were thought to invented by Zhang Zhongjing during the Eastern Han,who was one of the greatest practitioners of traditional Chinese medicine in history. They were originally referred to as "tender ears" (Chinese: 娇耳; pinyin:jiao'er) because they were used to treat frostbitten ears.

  1. I liked how you explained the different types of ways we can eat fried rice. I didn't know that the fried rice typically has meat in it which makes it interesting. I will definitely try fried rice with eggs!
