Chinese Food is usually healthy because it has a lot of vegetables, especially stir fries, dumplings, Pot Stickers, and Fried Rice. Here is a recipe and nutrition facts for pot stickers:

Chinese Food is much healthier than American Food, I should know because my mom always says it every time I eat American food, especially fast food.
In the book "Like Water for Chocolate" when Tita started crying for the frosting in Pedro and Rosaura's Wedding, Nacha got mad and told her to go somewhere else. Then when the Wedding happened, people started to eat the cake and started crying because they felt depressed since Tita cried about Pedro getting married to her sister.
One last thing, There is a type of food that is unhealthy it's called Lobster Rangoon. It's so unhealthy because there is so much cream cheese in there, it tastes so good but don't eat too much or you'll get a stomach ache.

I love how you brought up the part where Tita made everyone sick because of the cake and eating too much of the lobster Rangoon can make you sick. They both matched up perfectly together, great job!
